Meet Elaina

Hi! I’m Elaina Ayala. I’m a wife, mom of 2 boys, leader, and lover of Jesus. After walking through a 7 year infertility journey, I became passionate about helping women harness their challenging stories for their ultimate, God-given purpose. I love all things leadership and goals, too!

I am the executive pastor over campuses at Harvest Church in Turlock CA, multi-site church where I have had the honor of serving since 2010. I’m also a certified Biblical Life Coach and lifetime member of Life Breakthrough Alliance.

Having been in full time ministry for over 15 years, I have worked with countless individuals by helping them overcome setbacks, achieve their goals, and ultimately keep their heart tender toward the Lord and others despite painful challenges.

I started Heart & Life to provide safe spaces for women to share their stories, thrive in community, and get equipped to pursue all God has for them.
